At Orthofeet®, we stand behind our products with a 60-day wear test to ensure you experience ultimate comfort and relief. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 60 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our footwear technology.

• 3.
  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Once submitted, download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our system at no cost to you.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Pack your items securely and drop them off at any USPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
